You don't have to pay for air. Now what?

Quick post today cos I'm going pasir panjang to collect vegetables.

So couple of days back, I posted, "What if we have to pay for air???"
Where the world needs to pay for air and someone tells you that it's a conspiracy and that you can take the air mask off safely without any issues.

So now... you have taken off your air mask... now what?
You look around at your friends and family, they think you're mad...
BUT... YOU think they are mad as well...
Would you try to convince them that they don't need an air mask and that air is actually free?

Have you ever thought of things that you take for granted to be true but maybe they aren't?
In the story above, since young, you were wearing an air mask to breathe.
In the real world, what "knowledge" do we take for granted?

Do we really need toothpaste?

A quick check indicates that toothpaste isn't really necessary... BUT, I'm not recommending to stop using it. I haven't done sufficient research...
The thing is... to question things which we take for granted. Different knowledge, especially things which we have been doing since young, cos we usually did them cos our parents told us to do them when we were young.

Anyway... this post is just to induce thought.
For people to think a bit more...

What other things do we do that we never really thought about?
What if we found out that those things were unnecessary? Would we stop doing it?
Would we tell our friends and family that these things are unnecessary?
Would we get frustrated when they don't listen to your facts?
Would you just stand by and let them continue doing what they were doing?
What would you think of them when you saw them continuously doing "stupid" things?
Whereas, in your own opinion, you have already learnt and moved on...

Hope this post makes you think a bit more about the things in life that we do that we don't really think about.

Decided to embark on a mission to retire early in Singapore, a place where such an idea is considered impossible. As I believe that life has a lot more to offer instead of just a working career. I've decided to start a blog to note down my journey to achieve this mission and help others along the way who are willing to listen and try doing things differently from everyone else.

I have decided to remain anonymous until I finally am able to actually retire, reason being that this idea might not gel well with the company which I am working for currently and also to avoid real life flaming from people who say that such ideas are impossible and that an individual is lazy for choosing early retirement instead of contributing to society in the form of labour.
